En este artículo nos interesa centrar la atención sobre los Derechos Humanos de mujeres indígenas en Chiapas, atendiendo únicamente a los procesos que las mujeres indígenas organizadas -aquellas que pertenecen a alguna organización civil (cooperativa, grupo de mujeres, colectivo) o que son parte de un movimiento social más amplio o que pertenecen al EZLN (Ejército Zapatista de Liberación Nacional)- están llevando a cabo. Sin embargo, no pretendemos hacer un análisis sobre los Derechos Humanos que las mujeres indígenas tienen o sobre los que deberían reivindicarse, lo que queremos es mostrar la particular visión de estas mujeres sobre los Derechos Humanos: lo que nos han dicho que entienden, la manera en que los utilizan y los efectos que esto está produciendo en el sistema de relaciones de género y en los pactos o negociaciones de las relaciones sexuales. In this essay we focus our attention on the topic of indigenous women's human rights in Chiapas, studying it through the processes of organized indigenous women -that is, of those women who are members of a civil organization (a cooperative, a women's group, a collective) or those who are affiliated into a more extended social movement and those who belong to the EZLN (Ejército Zapatista de Liberación Nacional -Zapatista Army of National Liberation). We are not interested, however, in an abstract analysis of the human rights those women have or should vindicate for themselves; but to letting the reader see the particular vision of those women on what are human rights. We show what they have told us on the matter, we show the way they are using those rights and we present the ef-fects those practices have on the gender relation system and over the sexual relations negotiations and pacts.
